Rogue Legacy 2 Game Review

Rogue Legacy is back! However, it’s also got an additional 2 on top of it!
Rogue Legacy 2 is one of the genealogical Rogue-LITE. It has all the trappings of typical rogue-like (randomized games, characters changing and much more) However, it comes with continuous upgrade options, and persistent dead heirs. It’s a game where the grind isn’t necessary. You can explore the endlessly changing world if you are able to play the game well. Or don’t! Who cares! Everyone can win with solid platforming that is hardcore and an RPG system.
…And really, isn’t having such a choice best? <3
Rogue Legacy 2:
An adventure procedurally created. Every day, the kingdom changes, and no two runs are alike.
Rogue-LITE. Rogue-LITE. You can beat the game in level one but you don’t need to.
Universal Healthcare. Every child is unique. Some children may be suffering from Synethesia or a different one might be more pacifist, or perhaps just chubby. Socialism gives you gold bonus points when you have traits that cause the most debilitating effects compared to normal gameplay.
Castle Permanence. It is a place of rebellion in which bosses have gone to the grave.
Each class (and there are many!) now have their own unique arsenal of weapons. The options are to either take down enemies from far with the bow of the swift ranger or use the enormous Battleaxe of the Barbarian.
Stack Runes. Runes can now stack into infinity. It’ll take time but if you wanted to be able to jump penta, as well as lifesteal and hyperspeed, there is a way!
THERE IS MORE. We’re still working on it however we’d prefer to keep a few secrets in our back pocket. :)
Even though this site is only temporary, Rogue Legacy will remain for ever.
